Booking Condition

The contract between us

The contract will consist of an agreed itinerary and your acknowledgment of acceptance of these booking conditions. The contract between us becomes binding when you instruct us to make reservations for the agreed itinerary and pay the deposit according to the payment terms. By entering this site, you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it's your responsibility to check them regularly for any changes. Continuing to use this site after a change has been made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Liability

ANGKOR WAT TRAVEL TOUR accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to machinery breakdown, quarantine, weather or causes beyond our control.

ANGKOR WAT TRAVEL TOUR accepts no responsibility for any omission, delay, retouring, additional expenses or other events resulting from improper health certificates or necessary documents to enter or depart a country or acts of any government authority.

Acceptance of booking

ANGKOR WAT TRAVEL TOUR reserves the right to decline your booking without explanation if they have cause to believe that you might pose a threat to public safety or security in Cambodia.

ANGKOR WAT TRAVEL TOUR reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, substitute hotels, or cancel a tour prior to departure without prior notice for refund, and will not take responsibility for any loss due to group dynamics, weather, governmental or police action, enjoyment, traffic jam, or other conditions that dictate. Should they cancel a tour as a result of any of these reasons, a refund will be made to the customer for all undelivered services. ANGKOR WAT TRAVEL TOUR requires you to take out adequate travel insurance and any other necessary insurances to meet your needs, and will assume that you have done so before your arrival in Cambodia.

Cancellation by traveler

Booking cancellation is notified within 48 hours before the tour start. 1 day or day of departure cancellation will be charged without refundable. If the customer cannot be on time or in a case of missed pick up, please contact us: +855 97 999 9982 immediately.

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative of equivalent quality or a full refund of all monies paid. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received from you.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us for any reasons to your payment of the full price of the holiday.

Complaints and Claims

Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service ANGKOR WAT TRAVEL TOUR has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.

In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. ANGKOR WAT TRAVEL TOUR will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

Travel insurance

We will not be able to arrange any insurance for clients who travel to Cambodia from abroad. We advise them to contact an insurance company in their country of residence. However, it is possible for us to act as an intermediary link between the client and their insurance company.

We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.
